A healing program will look like this:

We will focus on different layers of the spiritual body
- Mental, Physical, Emotional, Imprinting or Trauma

Mentally, the goal is to put you in a calm, altered consciousness.  "Calm the mind, calm the body". 

Physically we are looking for body alignments and balanced muscle structure, determining which flexibility exercises will be brought into your health plan.  Releasing all aches and pains from previous injuries, car accidents, job related injuries, etc.

Emotionally our bodies manifest our toxins through our tissues causing tense, sore muscles. Residual tension also resides on an emotional level which most people don't even realize they have.

Trauma is held at a cellular level.  Through Shamanic practice, Reiki/energy work, we are able to release the long-term residual tension, helping clients heal from depression, post traumatic stress and other ailments that have plagued them for a very long time.

Assessment

We will take 15 - 45 minutes on your first visit to go over a detailed assessment, collecting information from previous ailments and what is ailing the client at the present moment. This is done for all levels, mentally, physically, emotionally, spiritually.  The more detailed information you can give, the better treatment plan can be made for you.

Sessions will include some or all of the following:

After your assessment, we will begin to release your body of blockages, using the modality we see fit.  These methods can vary from Hypnotherapy, Cognitive behavior techniques, Shamanic Energy work, crystals, sound vibration.
 
YOU, however, are the one in control.  
With consistent communication, the treatment will only go as deep as you want it to.
